You need the CAPACITY to ACCEPT the Weak

What does it prove to bully someone that's weaker than you?
Ans: You are a coward!

As usual, i'm on the run for home visitations for the Intelletually Disabled People.
Visited 5 of them today and heard a lot of stories of how they have being bullied.


One of my students,Pa**, was bullied by his boss in his previous workplace.
Following are the treatments he had received...You can do the justification.


1) $10 angbao was given to him when others have a 1 mth bonus
(he was eligible for the bonus then, worked for 1 yr plus)


2)Worked OverTime (OT)
Was hungry and his boss doesn't allow him to eat his bread.
Pa** went to the toilet to have a bite...his boss caught him
And asked pa** to knee down to apologise to him... WHAT IS THAT?!


3)Supposed to be paid $500 for the position
Pa** was given $200 per month , given the reason that he's slow.


4) The boss refused to pay Pa** and needed Pa**'s mum to 6 hrs in the office to 'Focus' him to pay the $400 (2 mths pay)

Seriously i LOOK DOWN on those people who ill treat people like them.
They need your help to give them a job.
That doesn't mean that you the rights to treat them like that.
They offered their service to you and they are EXPECTED to be PAID.
Treatments like these are just showing how 'kind' you are.

Of course, we still have some good soul empolyers that treat those Special workers well. But we need more of them:).
I'm thinking of joining them too:).Still planning:).
