Discovery is a Process...

Someone said something like...
"I think he's not having enough Faith to take another step Further"

What that guy said somehow left an impression for thought.
Is that guy using his Faith Scale to Measure Another person's faith?
Sure he is...
That guy's intepretation of stepping Further might differ from another "not enough faith" guy.
Making that statement is simply not fair to him.:(

A lot of times, we love to use our own scale of expectation to measure others...
Once i watched a program "Exchange Spouses".
Two families exchanged their spouses for a week..Which is this case is the change of wife:)
Both were from different family

Family A

  • Traditional American Family that lives in a Bungalow
  • A Must Thing to have family time at weekends.
  • Neat & tidy House
  • Clear roles of the Parents ( father need to be the Head & mother needs to cook)
  • Have high expectations on their children
  • Disciplined Home with "On Dot" 6pm dinner time
  • Love to have House party to Mix with those influential people
  • Everything seems like a so normal

Family B

  1. Mother with tattoos & pink Hair
  2. Parents don't care much about their development of children (Freedom)
  3. They can mix with their children well just like friends (Cool ar!)
  4. House is decorated with junks (they said that their family members love to live in those colourful junks)-On whole looks like a "Alice in Wonderland House"
  5. Mom don't love to cook & just warm up some pizza for kids
  6. No clear roles of the family members
  7. Mom loves to teach their children to be "free-spirited" that's why she did all that.

Both exchanged their houses...

Wife of Family B was enjoying herself and did not make much changes to Family A's House because she felt that the house is too perfect to make any change.

On the other hand, Wife of Family A did a lot of changes & "forced" carried out what she did in her family into the lifestyle of Family B.

In an incident, husband of family B brought her to a pub with man dressed & acted like ladies.

(Wife A was uncomfortable & scolded him for not acting like a parent-Of course, the children wasn't there)

At the end,the wives wrote letters to each other on how they will allocate the $6,000,000 for that particular family that they short stayed in.

Wife of Family B was happy with the arrangements that Wife A planned!:)

BUT Wife A Wasn't very happy and thought that wife B was not placing money into good use:(

On TOP of that, Wife A met Wife B to pass her a Letter of "Things that she MUST change"

Proudly she was full of confidence that "All those Rules" will Help

NOPE!!!They were all Bullshit to Wife B as Wife A was using her standard of living and expectations to grade & "help" her...So kind of Wife A ya?!:*

What i like about Wife B is how confident she is with her "Flamboyant" outfits & characters...

When she was with those influential people at the House party:)

She spoke truely of what ,who, how she is...

She said something like that "I am who I am...If you don't Like it...I'm Not EVEN SORRY!!!"

To me,

I always try to remind myself not to place my Scales on others

If they want to "measure" me, Just let them be...

We are of different Standard Units (SI)...

1Kg might only be 1 to you

But it's 2.204623 pounds to me...

Just like what the God says in the Bible...

Matthew 7:2

For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.
