Everytime when we think of ourselves, we will always think of our strengths...
Seldom our weakness...I'm one of them who concentrated much on my strengths...
Concentrating on Strength is a good thing BUT
Have you heard of something like "Being Confident & NOT OverConfident?"

Having weakness is not a "Loser" thing to have
But Let ME take these Weakness & Turn it to a Strength ya?

A "teacher guy" told me something like this:
" Problem+ Effort = Perseverence "
"Perseverence + Constant = Strength"
Too 'chim' for me to understand then...
Now still figuring out issin't the right formula?haha...
